Hello All.
Been super busy on some projects, and fitness -- like it does -- took a back seat. Well no more of that.
I missed a little over a weeks worth of the 50 at 50 daily challenge, but I'm in the midst of catching those days up. Don't think I've been on my bike in almost 2 weeks; that's not good. And, I haven't been swimming in 3 weeks. Unacceptable :(
Clarinda and I just finished a blog redesign for our first client, and I'm fix'n to do one on this blog -- so I'm looking forward to that. Our client liked polka dots and chevrons; take a look at what we did:

Got a little more research on Leon Battista Alberti done, and finished a lock box mod for my bike. There's been a lot more, but I don't want to make you sleepy. This post was just to touch base with cyber space.
cyber space...
I love saying that. It takes me back to my days of playing CyberPunk 2020 (books & paper RPG). Ahhhh, those were the days :)
Anyway, back to the grind.
Keep calm & love liv'n folks

New Challenge
Okay, so I'm doing this fitness challenge with my wife; she got it from one of the blogs that she follows -- I think. I don't really know all the ins-&-outs of it, but it seemed interesting and fun.
It's called the 50 at 50 challenge.
Here's the link in case you're interested:

I think it all has something to do with the author turning 50, but I could be wrong. At any rate, there's a calendar on the page that gives you a particular exercise to do 50 times for each day.
Clarinda was all gung-ho to do it, and I wanted to do it with her (phrasing, BOOM) (Archer fans will get that) (that show kills me)
Anyway, 50 squats - doable, 50 push ups - nearly killed me, 50 second plank - too easy, 50 high knees - got the heart rate up a tad, and that brings you up to speed on my progress so far.
It's not too late to start; feel free to give it a try.
